GLSIBA, which functions under the auspices of Gujarat Law Society, is organizing its first
Management Faculty Development Programme in Usage of SPSS in Research. This FDP would
provide a new focus for research scholars, Teachers and Trainers to use the much dreaded tool
SPSS.

Participation in the programme will be useful for faculty members of business schools in
University affiliated and AICTE approved institutions.

We enclose the details of the programme herewith, we request you to share the same with
your faculty members and encourage them to register and participate in the programme, since
we have a limited number of seats.

I extend a hearty invitation to you to join the programme personally and /or nominate as many
of your faculty members to make the deliberations enriching and rewarding.

METHODOLOGY
This will be an interactive programme which will guide participants, new to statistics or/and
new to SPSS, practically on how to get started, and use the software package for ones own
research purpose. The content will be covered through a combination of theory, and practical
sessions conducted by subject experts.


PROGRAMME AND TIMING
Date: July 25 and 26, 2014 (Friday Saturday)
Timing: 11:00 am to 05: 00 pm

VENUE:
Gujarat Law Society campus, Law Garden


OTHER DETAILS
The duly filled, registration form along with the programme fee should reach us latest
by 17
th
July 2014.
The participation fee covering professional fee, programme kit, lunch and refreshments
is Rs. 1000/- .
Fees is payable in advance by way of Cash / DD in favor of GLS Institute of Business
Administration.
The programme will be limited for 30 participants, so registration would be on the basis
of first come first serve basis.
In case of subsequent withdrawal or cancelation of registration, no refund will allowed,
however substitute will be permitted with prior intimation.
No accommodation will be provided.
The institute will issue a certificate of participation on conclusion of the programme.



NOTE:
Registration for Day 1 starts at 09:30 am
The participant has to carry a laptop (with the minimum configuration of Windows XP)
and an empty 2 GB pen drive for the sessions.
