SUMMARY OF KILLS IN INSTALLATION

Electrical Works:
Installation of incoming power supply, primary power transformer substation,
secondary transformer substation, emergency power generation, low voltage
distribution and switch gear, metering. Automatic transfer switches.
Fire alarm installation & maintenances -Edwards, simplex.
Installation of telecom customer premises private automatic branch exchange
system Pabx system &Subscriber loop design cable installation.
Installation of Security systems Knowledge on Very early smoke detection
apparatus. (VESDA aspirating detection system).
MEP ENGINEER WORKS IN CCE SAUDI IN RIYADH.
Coordinating with sub contractors and responsible in execution of mep works .
Verifying the Technical specification and compare it with design brief report on
MEP works.
Coordinating with site foremen, site engineer, electrician, plumbers, assign them
the daily works and reporting to project manager.
Execution of fire fighting systems as per drawings and vendor technician.
Knowledge on PHE (public health engineering).
Verifying technical specification , record and documents ,maintain , testing and
commissioning of incoming water supply ,hot water services , coldwater services
,water storage tanks , main water services ,external drainage and storm water
disposal , sanitary drainage , rain water drainage , fountain and pool supplies .
BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WORKS.
Responsible for monitoring Building Management System (BMS) and
maintenance of integrated building systems for Heating, Ventilation and AC
(HVAC) Chillers, Fire Alarm System, Closed Circuit TV (CCTV), Access Control
Systems and repair of all controls connected to the Building Management System.
Knowledge on Operator control language of building management system.
Knowledge on schematic drawings of BMS HVAC sensors and DDC
CONTROLLERS.
Protocol conversion devices used to interfaces between different protocols

ELECTROMECHNICAL WORKS:
HVAC WORKS air distribution mechanical ducting : execution of BMS field
devices like transducer , valves , actuators , motorized damper & HVAC duct
works fabricated duct assembling the duct work& duct mounted sensors
according to the drawing, installation of VAVS (VARIABLE AIR VOLUME
CONTROLLER ) , sound attenuator, duct works accessories , dampers , air
terminals ,material required in the execution of the duct ,installation of thermostat
,balancing the air with bolometer .
Preparing submittals for the project execution material. Generating engineering
reports and studies and coordinate with field technicians
Coordinating with the suppliers and the material requirement for the execution of
the projects activities and work flow.
Installation and commissioning of HVAC different field controller equipments &
installation of field sensors units mounted to the DDC controllers and the control
system components required to integrating the whole system in to BMS
(BUILDING MANGEMENT SYSTEMS).
Knowledge on HVAC subsystems: Proprietary, Lon, BACnet, Modbus based
controllers and related application monitoring softwares like binding SNTV,
graphical representation of all building utilities like electrical and mechanical
diagram .
Trouble shooting DDC PANEL according to field sensors status signals
&analyzing the field devices mounted to the controller via laptop.
Installation of direct digital controllers and associated wiring control components
to integrating into DDC MAIN PANEL.
Idea on active Data switches Router Controllers, networking and IT servers used
in building management system.
BMS SYSTEM product knowledge from different vendors like Schneider
Electrical TAC, Andover Control, Honeywell- EBI R.4.1.2.
Knowledge on Switching & Routing from Active Network components i.e. Data
Network Center.
