2. Configuration description
In order to have smartphone working with Mikrotik HotSpot, some configuration
steps are required on Mikrotik side.
Configuration for Mikrotik:

User Manager package must be instaled.


Start HotSpot Service
API service must be Enabled: IP Services API
If smartphone will connect to Mikrotik HotSpot using the same WiFi
network as customers (HotSpot network), then MAC Address of the
smartphone should be added to the HotSpot IP Bindings: IP HotSpot
IP Bindings to assure communictation with Mikrotik device.
5. Configure tariffs on MikroTik's User Manager
Configuration for smartphone:
1. Run Posmobile application
2. Press Menu button and choose Settings (picture 1, point 7).
3. Enter PIN code for access to settings and press OK button. For first
configuration there is no PIN, just press OK button (picture 4).
4. Enter data for connect to Mikrotik router: user, password and IP address and
press Save MT settings button (picture 5, point 3 and 4).
5. Press Menu button and choose Manage BT Printer (picture 6, point 8).
6. Press Select BT Printer button for scanning bluetooth printer (picture 7,
point 3).
7. On the screen you will see MAC addresses (picture 7, point 1). Choose
MAC address from your printer and press Save your printer id button
(picture 7, point 2) for save printer setting.
8. For verify settings you can print a test page. Press Print test page on BT
printer (picture 7, point 4)
9. Press back button on smartphone for return to settings window.
10.Press back button on smartphone again for return to main window.
11.Press Menu button and choose Fetch tariffs (picture 1, point 5) for download
tariffs from MikroTik's User Manager.

3. Printing ticket for HotSpot customer


3.1 Ticket without personal data
1. Personal data button (picture 1, point 4) must be on state Without Personal
2. From displayed tariffs select one (picture 1, point 1)
3. Press Create / Print button (picture 1, point 2) for adding a new account in
User manager and print new ticket
4. Tear off the ticket from printer.
3.2 Ticket with personal data

Personal data button (picture 1, point 4) must be on state With Personal


From displayed tariffs select one (picture 1, point 1)
Press Create / Print button (picture 1, point 2)
Write name, last name and/or Personal ID from the customer in the correct
fields (picture 2)
5. Press OK button (picture 2, point 4) for adding a new account in User
manager and print new ticket.
6. Tear off the ticket from printer.
Attention
Personal data are not printed on the ticket but only saved in program data base.
4. Review and export of printed tickets
For review all printed ticket press Menu button on smartphone and from menu
select Tools (picture 1, point 6). On Tools/Report window press button Display all
Ticket (picture 3, point 2). Now all ticket are displayed on screen with the quantity
of it.
For export all printed ticket to CSV file, press Menu button on smartphone and
from menu select Tools (picture 1, point 6). On Tools/Report window press button
Export all Tickets to CSV (picture 3, point 1). Now all ticket are saved in to a file
in main catalog on SD card.
Attention
SD card must be installed on smartphone.

5. Downloading new tariffs from Mikrotik's User Manager


For downloading new tariffs from Mikrotik's User Manager press Menu button on
smartphone and select Fetch tariffs (picture 1, point 5).

6. Removing all saved ticket from application database


For removing saved ticket from application database do the following steps:
1. Press Menu button on smartphone and select Settings (picture 1, point 7)
2. Enter PIN code for access to settings and press OK button (picture 4).
3. Press Clear Tickets Database button (picture 5, point 5)
Now, the ticket database from application is empty.
4. Press Back button on smartphone for return to Main menu.

7. Removing all saved tariffs from application database


For removing saved tariffs from application database do the following steps:
1. Press Menu button on smartphone and select Settings (picture 1, point 7)
2. Enter PIN code for access to settings and press OK button (picture 4).
3. Press Clear Tariff Database button (picture 5, point 6)
Now, the tartiff database from application is empty.
4. Press Back button on smartphone for return to Main menu.

8. Removing old tickets from MikroTik database


For removing old tickets from Mikrotik database do the following steps:
5. Press Menu button on smartphone and select Settings (picture 1, point 7)
6. Enter PIN code for access to settings and press OK button (picture 4).

7. Press Clean old tickets from MT button (picture 5, point 7)


Now, old account (used account), where nobody was logged for
3 months ago are removed from Mikrotik's User manager
database.
8. Press Back button on smartphone for return to Main menu.
