TREASON, MISPRISION OF TREASON and VIOLATION OF ONE’S SWORN OATH

“With the privilege of knowing of, swearing to, and living under our Constitution,
comes the responsibility of maintaining and adhering to it.”NT

TREASON: Adhering to or giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States. (e.g. usurping the office of the Presidency by election fraud and deceit, especially when
Constitutionally ineligible to do so).

MISPRISION of Treason occurs when one is aware of an act of Treason and fails to report it, especially when one is in a position of authority and fails to act on it.

SWORN to Uphold and Defend the U.S. CONSTITUTION*:

From Soldier to Sailor, Airman to Marine, Policeman to Fireman, FBI to CIA agent, Court Clerk to Judge, City Council-member to Congress-member – all have a sworn duty to
report and/or take action against any and all violations of the terms of that Constitution!

* The entire Constitution (including its Declaration, 9 Articles and 27 Amendments) consists of only 4,500 words, the equivalent of less than 3 pages of a daily newspaper. Never
read it? NO EXCUSE!

Since English is the common language of the U.S., and ALL citizens have access to the internet, no one, repeat NO ONE, can say that they are not or were not aware that
Barry Soetoro (aka Barack Hussein Obama) has failed to prove that he is eligible to be President and Commander in Chief (CINC), and that he has admitted publicly that he is
in fact, not a ‘Natural-Born’ Citizen (NBC), since he has admitted publicly that his father was not, and has never been, a U.S. Citizen. Such Usurpation of the Office of
President and CINC is TREASON, and every Executive Order, Bill & Treaty signing, and action taken under that authority is also TREASON! Following due process of law
and conviction in this matter, the punishment can be most severe, to include hanging by the neck until dead.

That means that everyone, repeat EVERYONE, who is sworn to the Constitution, regardless of rank, position, title, or office, has the obligation to take every action within their
power and capability to restore our Constitution to its rightful status for a FREE people – lest they themselves be charged with Obstruction of Justice, or as co-conspirators in
the act of Treason.

Also, one can logically conclude that all other U.S. Citizens not in the aforementioned group of Obstructers and Treasonists can be charged with MISPRISION of Treason, and
therefore, following due process, punishable to the fullest extent of the laws – both Natural and Constitutional.

That is, unless they do something about it – NOW!

NOTE: The enormity of the crime boggles the mind: taking over the Government of the most powerful nation ever to exist on earth – without the use of force but by Election
Fraud, Secrecy, Stealth, and Deceit. But its size and scope is no reason for inaction by true Americans; it is even more reason for all true Americans to rise to the occasion.

So, ‘WHAT CAN I, AS JUST ONE CITIZEN, DO?’, you ask. Here are 5 simple steps, at least one of which is bound to fit your talents and abilities:

1. Lt. Commander Walter F. Fitzpatrick III, US Navy (Ret.) has just re-filed two (2) amended complaints with charges of numerous acts of TREASON against the world-wide
known Usurper:

a. One to the Knoxville, TN office of the FBI here;

b. One to the currently empanelled Monroe County (TN) Grand Jury;

Publish these everywhere you can.

2. If you are a sworn veteran (of any ‘service’), then you can download instructions here on how to personally serve charges of TREASON to any FBI agent/office in the

3. Support efforts to hire a competent, high-profile, professional and patriotic Prosecuting Attorney/Law Firm to successfully bring charges into a responsible court before a

4. Freely download duly processed American Grand Jury charges of Election Fraud & Treason (against Pelosi and Obama-Soetoro), and begin ‘SERVING’ them in any one

‘SERVES’ to Courts, Sheriffs, D/A’s & A/G’s, Judges, Legislators & Governors, and currently empaneled Grand Juries all across the Country. The Lame Stream Media won’t
