Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the good citizenship in the secondary school
students, and 2) the difference of good citizenship compared by personal data. The respondents were the
secondary school students (the third education interval) of Wat Sraprattum Suphan Buri during the
academic year 2013-2014. The data were gathered with questionnaires and were analyzed with frequency,
percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test (One-Way ANOVA) at the .05 significance level.
The results revealed most were girl students (60.42%), aged 14 and upper (43.75%), had been
studying at the first year level (37.50%) with the last G.P.A. 2.50-3.00 (31.25%). Their parents were
merchants/business owner (31.25%). The students had good citizenship at the high levels, first aspect was
time punctual followed by keep cleaning on physical, household and community, keep the law and
social regulation, keep traffic rule although the last aspect, keep the democracy scheme , was at the
moderate level. The hypothesis testing on the difference of good citizenship compared by personal data
revealed the students totally had no difference in good citizenship however there were different in some
aspects. 1) Boy and girl students had the difference in good citizenship on good citizen aspect, five
commandments and principles aspect, and drug avoidance aspect. 2) The students who had the
difference in their age were different on good citizen aspect, keep the democracy scheme aspect, saving
and pro-Thailand aspect, five commandments and principles aspect, keep in line as order of height
aspect, and keep the law and social regulation aspect. 3) The students who had the difference in G.P.A.
and the occupation of parents were different on good citizen aspect, keep the democracy scheme
aspect, saving and pro-Thailand aspect, five commandments and principles aspect, keep in line as order
of height aspect, and drug avoidance aspect.
