Abstract
The study of the Development of potential benefits of Thai Swiftlet Nest. This research is a
qualitative research that aims to study the current situation of using benefit of Thai Swiftlet Nest and to
study the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of using benefit of Thai Swiftlet Nest. The
tool of this research is in-depth interview from the user who has giving the important information, which
are Entrepreneurs of Chinese Restaurant, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Food Professionals and Birds Nest
Entrepreneur. The result of this research shows that, Thai Swiftlet Nest has a variety potential utilization
as not only food but also medicine. Therefore, the potential of using the benefit of Thai Birds Nest can
