transform a place into somewhere which is
highly functional and has character and beauty.
In the Eden project, the outdoor landscape

temperate parts of America, Russia and Indian
foothill that share a similar climate to Eden

My feeling on Eden project:

Although the Eden project is quite far away from the main city, it has a special
view in Eden. Eden project shows us the relationship between the nature and the
human. I also think that Eden is a symbol of heaven in the earth. I think that it was
a positive way to use a disused quarry because it makes good use of the quarry
and also protect the environment.

How significant is the Eden project?

Over 4 million tourists are attracted annually to Cornwalls spectacular coastal
scenery and beaches. Over this few years, its historic gardens have had growing
numbers of visitors. Each tourist spends an average of over 200 pounds. The
tourists industry provides employment in Cornwall-at least 30,000 people work
full-time in tourism, with many more in part-time seasonal work.

Alternatives reclaim the quarry:

You can beauty the area of the quarry liked greening
the slope to merge the surrounding of the natural
environment. Also you can build a big park to
introduce the quarry.
