During the month of October, the Library Media Specialist of Bleckley County Middle
School and I conducted a program evaluation of the Media Center using the Georgia Department of
Educations 2013 Library Media Program Self Evaluation Rubric. This document serves as a guide
for School Library Media Specialists and key personnel to determine the effectiveness of its school
library media program. The table below will show the findings and the action steps.
