IT Support Technician

WHAT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word,

Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld
terminals
Network + Certification or equivalent experience/knowledge
A+ Certified or equivalent experience/knowledge
1-3 years of experience working in a production environment

Ability to travel up to 10%.

Minimum of 4 years of Systems/Business analysis or consultancy experience
At least 4 years of experience in SD module (including SD, MM,PP)
Experience in conducting UAT, training, data conversion and preparing user
manuals
