Significance of Varada Mudra

Forgiveness also means being able to forgive yourself. As we all know, to forgive you and others is
certainly the most difficult thing. People generally carry the burden in their heart along their life
journey. But they dont realize that if they forgive someone. They will become burden free. But
forgiveness is truly the most wonderful thing when we succeed at it. If we forgive someone with our

residing in your heart. There is a famous saying, Lets bury it,. I have seen people who simply say
this sentence and get to normal. This is the power of words. By saying so, they are sending clear

Visualization is an effective tool for forgiveness:

Imagine that you have an object in front of you that belongs to the person who is involved with
your need for forgiveness. Now With each exhalation, blow off your negative feelings onto and into
this object. Then put the object in a package and bury it in a ground. or simply through away in
garbage. In this way you will dump away all your negativity for that person and it will become
easier for you to forgive that person. But for sure, you will be a bigger beneficiary out of this
process. Because you have taken off all burden from your head.In this way you will become healthy
and whole again.
