submittals reqd for each component (see
spec: concrete, steel, etc.)

Barker will notify the project office after

he confirms that NYSEG can cut and cap
gas main; NYSEG needs a few days notice
to coordinate work; City street
interruption would need to be coordinate
if work extends into street; Existing Storm
MH #3 will be surveyed by project team;
Work planned to start 4/7
Edwards can coordinate the lowering of
Verizon conduits on E State St if reqd by
city; Architect analyzing extent of work;
Verizon DB in Bank Alley not expected to
be in conflict with tree pits; P&CG to
determine if centenary poles conflict with
Verizon DB
