National Student Survey 2014

The purpose of this research project is to measure the satisfaction of the student toward
their courses and lecturers. Hopefully, this research will be a part which make this university a
better place. This research project is being conducted by Business Communication Students
(Semester 1, 2014/2015) at International Islamic University Malaysia.
Your participation in this research study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate.
If you decide to participate in this research survey, you may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal
from participating at any time will not be penalized.
The procedure involves filling the survey form that will take approximately 5 to 10
minutes. Your responses will be confidential, but we do collect identifying information (your
name and matric number). The survey questions will be about satisfaction of the subject that you
have studied or studying.
We will do our best to keep your information confidential. All data is stored in a
password protected electronic format. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not
contain information that will personally identify you. The results of this study will be used for
scholarly purposes only and may be shared with IIUM representatives.
