Job Description
Reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager the Quality Officer will be responsible for supporting the
development, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance systems for our female colleges based in
KSA. The Quality Officer will work with our Quality Assurance Manager to co-ordinate all the internal and
external inspection visits held for the Colleges. Activities and operations include (but not limited to) working
closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and individual Colleges leadership on quality assurance
processes, submission documents, improvement plans, and self-assessment processes.
Essential Job Functions
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes
Lead and conduct internal inspections
Quality review inspections and inspection reports
Coordinate with quality assurance bodies in KSA and with external quality assurance bodies in line with Saudi
Skills Standards review requirements (similar to Ousted criteria)
Promote good practice arising from quality assurance and enhancement activity
Work with college staff to improve the consistency of quality processes within the Colleges to enhance the
student learning experience.
Support the individual Colleges with the management of their College inspections
Develop College improvement action plan and follow-up on the implementation
To provide our Director of Quality and Organizational Development and Quality Assurance Manager with
timely reports
Required Skills
Internal/External Verification experience
Experienced in conducting Ousted or similar inspections and/or accreditation and verification procedures
Proven experience in implementing a quality assurance system and evaluating its effectiveness
Highly organized and dependable
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral English
Excellent computer aptitude, proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong collaborative skills, high energy, excellent follow-up skills, and highly effective relationship building
skills
Proven ability to work in a culturally diverse context

The appointment is for an initial period of one year with the possibility of extension
Attractive Basic Salary + 15% of basic salary as undefined benefits + 10% end of year service (paid annually)
