Subject Application under RTI Act. 2005.

Dear Sir/Madam,
A real estate company named Era Landmarks Ltd. (Head Office : B-24, Sector -3,
Noida-201301, Registered & Corporate Office : 153, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New
Delhi-110020) is constructing a Group Housing Society in Sector-76, Faridabad, Haryana and
name of the project is Era Divine Court. The company has been developing, marketing,
selling and doing Agreements with many buyers since 2009 with respect to above project. The
Company has provided following details regarding the project:
License No. 1042 to 1061 of 2006 dated 25.07.2006. Type of colony and its areas : Group
Housing Colony on areas measuring 26.619 acres in Phase-I out of Total land area measuring
55.724 acres. Name of the contractor to whom License has been given : Group Housing is
being developed by M/S Era Landmarks Ltd. Vide Development Right Agreement entered
with M/S Countrywide Promoters Ltd. (M-11, Middle Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi)
& others, Number and date of approval Building plan Memo No. 192/JD(DK)/2010/15759.

The land i.e. 26.619 on which Era divine court project is situated bears following
Licenses that have been granted to M/s Countrywide Promoters Pvt. Ltd (M-11, Middle Circle,
Connaught Place, New Delhi) - 1042, 1043,1045, 1046, 1048, 1049, 1050,1051,1052,1053,
1054,1055,& 1061.

From the above-mentioned information please provide following information at the
earliest :
(i)

Does Appropriate Authority had the knowledge of Agreement (Power of Attorney)


between Countrywide Promoters Ltd. and Era Landmarks Ltd. for development of
above said Group Housing Society? If yes provide copy of Agreement between
them.

(ii) Era landmark Ltd. has not been granted License to develop and construct the
above said project, which under Section 3 of Haryana development and regulation
Act 1975 is illegal, then how come without any License Era Landmarks is Building
the above said Housing Society?
(iii) Does Appropriate Authority had the knowledge of the above said Group Housing
Society being constructed by Era Landmarks Ltd. without any License and
Building Plan in its name? If yes, what action has been taken in this regard?

That I am a citizen of India, this information pertains to your office to the best of my
knowledge. If it does not pertain to your department please forward it to the concerned
department under intimation to me (under sec 6(3) of RTI Act) within 15 days of receiving this
application.

I am enclosing Rs 50 vide postal order no. 359057 and another postal order no. 359058
for Rs. 50/- additionally for expenses towards photocopy of the document being provided. If
there would more charges, I would pay as and when demanded.
