By dressing him in

dark clothing, it will

present him as a
heartless and sinister
man. Moreover, it
will create the feeling
of the unknown as
his face will covered
up by a mask so by
him wearing black
clothes, he will come
across as threatening
to our audience
viewers.
We wanted to use a
male for our villainous
character. The reason
being is not to be
stereotypical, as most
villains are males but
to make a statement
that he is the new
replacement of her
father. Moreover, to
make his come across
as domineering and
cruel.

We wanted our
masked villain to be
someone who looks
mysteriously old
for his or her age.
This creates
feelings of
obscurity and
confusion and
makes the audience
feel on edge. Using
this man who has a
lot of facial hair
helps to create this
feeling.

Having someone with

short hair will make it
easier for us to be able to
find a mask that will look
right. Furthermore it will
make him come across
as smart and neat
looking, which is ironic
as his personality is the
complete opposite.
