Communication has become very important in any organization or any workplace. For
example it can assist one to know what other person is talking and also
communication is very necessary because it helps to increase production rate and also
promotes3 good working relations. It will help to raise confidence amongst users and

A. and BuchananD. (2010) communication has become more important. First cause
is the information available over internet .Secondly the height in employee
expectancy to be aware of the facts and to spread ideas (p.225). (Henry V,2013)
argues communication is very crucial4 in the success of any workplace program or
politics, business director who knows how to communicate successfully which
improves the opportunity of success in any program .
Understanding

Communication has many skills and the most significant is active listening.
Firstly Active listening is a technique which helps to spread the understanding
between the listener and the speaker. The listener should significantly pay close
attention to the language which the speaker uses in terms of both pronounciation or
body language which is the most important. While listening to points to benefit and
in building a strong relationship between the listener and the speaker and one can
build cooperation5 and trust quickly. Make sure you really know what employees are
saying by asking questions and concentrating on their understanding of the problem.

Secondly Work on common ground It is a common interests between the people
and the values and goals and common denominators are to be mainly in the
construction of common ground in the work environment.

Thirdly is that Staying in contact. It is very important because the cantact always
renews relationships and also it can always be more profitable .There are tips for
successful communication with users .It is a reminder of the importance of

customers or employees at work. Staying in contact increases the chances of
successful relations with staff and thus increases the love and cooperation between

In conclusion ,communication is important in our life because life needs many things
to make more successful. Communication is very necessary everywhere at work or
another places. That helps to reduce feeling of stress and feel more confident .It helps
to share ideas because there are many people who have problems and they cannot
share ideas, So they cannot make any achievement .If any employees have problems
they always try to find new skills that help to make main step at work. If you always
try to ask yourself how I can be a successful employee . you have to work very hard
to do many research . you have to be a good listener because the speaker uses body
language and can build tract and cooperation quickly .you should work on common
ground .the most important it is sharing the working you have to be working with
some
opinion so you should find solution that help to create a successful work.
