As discussed, we will look at creating content at 2 levels.
1)

Elearning at learner level which will contain all conceptual level details with demos if possible on
basics. This content will be aimed at training associates from a Novice to learner level.
We can add a few conceptual questions at the end of the elearning to check the learning captured in the
course.
2)
Classroom/Virtual based learning content at practitioner level. The content will have hands on to
develop skill for the associates to use the concepts and learning . Depending on the size of each module
we would look at making module wise courses or grouping relevant modules together. We can look at
adding a small case study at the end of the course to check the learning captured in the course
