should try to address the questions outlined on this form.

improving my fitness. I felt angry because I had to give some sacrifices in
order to maintain a routine. However due to this I managed to feel proud
because I achieved my goals. I felt nervous when I had to play on stage
and I felt disappointed when I couldnt play something well or lift a
greater weight at the gym.
What were the outcomes of the activities you completed, for yourself?
I learned how to write songs and play with a band along other great
people. I also learned how to endure fear by playing on stage. I learned
that there is no weight you cant lift along as you maintain a routine and
perseverance. I managed to lift from 4 kilos to 12 kilos in less than 2
months, which is great. I am now starting to lift 16 kilos. My other
muscles are also well and are still growing and developing.
What were the outcomes of the activities you completed, for others?
With my guitar skills, I was able to improvise music with other people and
so have a good time. Due to my skills we were able to play as a band on
stage. Since Ive been going to the gym, Ive been much fitter and it has
been great for my family and girlfriend. With music I have managed to
socialize with other people and introduce new friends to my previous
group of friends. Also music brings joy to the family.
Was there value for the school or the wider/ global community from any
activities? Explain.
With my guitar lessons I think I motivated other students into learning an
instrument, when I played live in the school against other bands who
were not from the school I think I represented the school in a positive
way. With the gym I also think it is a matter of motivation because my
friends feel that they want to achieve the same things and become
stronger, fitter and healthier, therefore they take it as a positive example.
How will you proceed next quimester? Which activities will you continue
with? Why? Which will you not continue with? Why? Are there any areas
of growth you wish to focus on next quimester?
I will continue with the Gym because it is about perseverance and results
are not easily achieved, time is required in order to fulfill my goals and to
see evidence of very good positive results. I will not continue with my
guitar lessons because I have taken them for a long time and I have
decided to try something else, something that will also be fun to learn
and practice. However this does not mean that I will stop playing the
guitar, in the other hand I will continue rehearsing and learning by
