Target Assets:

Industrial / Office / Mixed-Use / Multi-Residential / Hotel / Apartment / Resort

Amount:

Minimum of CAD $30M (Thirty Million Canadian Dollars) and up to $150M


(One Hundred and Fifty Million Canadian Dollars)

Interest Rate:

Starting 6% APR including Fees (5-7 Years Term), Interest Only

LVR:

Up to 97.5% of Required Funding or Appraised Value

Term:

Up to 7 Years

Funding Type:

Equity / Senior Debt / Subordinated Debt / Bridging or Mezzanine

Process:

1. Client submits a Project Executive Summary including:


Company Prole / Budget / Valuation / Quantity Surveyor / Environmental / Organizational Structure

2. LSC issues Expression of Interest upon nding the Project Executive Summary
meets preliminary criteria. (Typically within 30 Days after Submission)
3. Client submits a Full Information Memorandum and detailed Financial Statement
on borrower and all related parties
4. LSC will then work with the Investor to complete Due Diligence and Negotiation
5. Investor issues Commitment Paper and executes funding process
(Typically funding in place within 60 Days after Execution)
