How to get Names from Skyward


1. Log in to Skyward
2. Go to Educator Access Plus: Teacher Access: Click My Classes
3. On classes page: Click class options for a class
4. On Class Options page: Click reports
5. On Reports page: Click Class Roster
6. On Class Roster page: under Options, uncheck Grade; then 'Export to Excel'
Getting this will take a minute to upload
7. On My Print Queue: Click Class Roster Report (Excel)
This should open a spreadsheet with the names that you can then copy and paste into this workbook. Don't
worry about the separate columns.

Other Notes:
1. Students showing "Growth", "Very High Growth", or "High Performers" are included in teacher rating
2. Students scoring 85% or above on the pre-test are determined to be "High Performers"
3. Each class has an effectiveness rating. Classes are then averaged for the final rating
4. You MUST use 'Class 1' when entering data for the sheet to provide an overall rating
