11. African American Credit Advancement Initiative (11:10/10 minutes)

Introduction of a two-year special initiative: The African American Credit Advancement Initiative -- a focused effort to
address a near historic low in lending to African American businesses. Kick-off event on Monday Dec 8, 2014 at USC.
12. Discussion/Possible action: Letter of Support for California Artist Coalition of Los Angeles (CACLA) to work with
Metro wall(s) and banner projects (11:20/10 minutes)
