Dear Parents,
MESSAGE OF THE WEEK

Friday 5th December Chocolate Tombola/Cakes Probably the most popular! A bar of chocolate,
large or small would very gratefully received, children may also dress as they like by coming to school
in their own clothes. Please dont forget to use the cake plate provided by school and write your name on
to be entered into the raffle! Spare plates are available at the office. Please help us to make this
Christmas fair fantastic and one to remember in order to raise important funds for our children!
Raffle ticket books are also needed to be returned either sold or unsold as soon as possible please.
Support us by buying a ticket or a book of tickets.
We are very keen to have any parents help us with manning stalls if you are free to help at the fair. Many
thanks for your ongoing support. It is really appreciated and goes towards very valuable and useful
school resources and visits.
TICKETS TO SEE FATHER CHRISTMAS CHRISTMAS FAIR 3
Please find a slip attached to let us know if you would like a ticket to see Father Christmas at the Christmas Fair,
they are available for 3 per child. If you successfully receive a ticket to see Father Christmas after returning your
request slip, you will find a number on the ticket which will let you know the order in which you will be seen. One
ticket will allow Father Christmas to give one present. The number on you ticket will allow his elves to co-ordinate
all children with a ticket to be seen.
CHRISTMAS DINNER - KS1 CHILDREN
Please make sure you have returned the green slip with your childs order on for Christmas Dinner. If you have not
returned this slip we will presume your child will be bringing a packed lunch from home that day. Spare letters are
available at the office.
CHOIR
Choir will not be able to practise this Friday after school as parents and staff will be busy setting up the fair. Please
could all choir members be ready to sing at the opening of the fair at 11.50am. I have already asked if they can come
through and meet in the Year 4 classroom.
FOOTBALL CLUB YEARS 4, 5, 6

previous years they have re-started the club in February so we will inform you via letter or text message nearer the
