marketing, tourism, recreation, hospitality, customer service and selling.

Things
Skills for working with machines, equipment or tools. These skills are used to grow, build, make, fix, operate,
harvest or tend tangible things. People with these skills usually prefer active, practical work in vehicles, the
outdoors, workshops, studios or factory setting. They are producers, operators, menders and handlers.
Things skills are useful for work in manufacturing, engineering, electro-technology, mining, construction,
agriculture, horticulture, environment management, forestry, seafood, food processing, transport and distribution.
Operating skills can also be used by police, fire, rescue, defence personnel, sports professionals and musicians.
