HOW TO ENTER
Individuals will gain entry into the prize draws for undertaking the following actions:

1. List and sell your property with Fitzpatricks Real Estate.

‘List’ refers to an exclusive agency agreement (and a continuing agency agreement) with Fitzpatricks Real
Estate, excluding ‘joint exclusive agency agreements’. Listed on or after 1st January 2010.
If you have listed your property for sale during 1st January 2009 - 10th December 2009, and sell your property
after the 11th December 2009 you will automatically be entered into the draw.

‘Sell’ refers to an exchanged contract, which becomes unconditional on or before 10th December 2010.

‘Home’ includes all residential properties of a single title.

2. Appoint Fitzpatricks Real Estate as their property manager of a property they own for a minium of three
continual months from 1st January to 10th December 2010.

3. You may only enter the competition once per property.

4. Individuals are asked to fill out the entry form in its entirety, which they will receive from their real estate
agent. Once entry is complete return to the agent.

Conditions of Entry

The promoter
5. Fitzpatricks Real Estate is the promoter of this competition, 138 Baylis Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650
with ABN 57 969 375 471.

6. By entering the Fitzpatricks Real Estate cash competition, each participant acknowledges that they have
read and understood the full terms and conditions.

THE PRIZE
7. The prize includes 3 draws, 1st prize being $6,666 cash, 2nd prize of $2,222 cash and 3rd prize of $1,111
cash, drawn on the 15th of December 2010 at 138 Baylis Street.

8. The prize will be presented to the three winners in the form of a cheque.

9. All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in
item values. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the
sole responsibility of that winner.

10. Winners should seek their own individual financial advice.

11. Winners will receive their prize within 10 days of the draw date.

12. Fitzpatricks Real Estate shall not be liable for any injuries, losses or damages caused as a result of
accepting the prize.

WHO MAY ENTER

13. All Staff and Directors of Fitzpatricks Real Estate are excluded from entry and their immediate family
members. Immediate family refers to spouse, de facto spouse, brother, sister, child or step child (natural
or adopted), parent or step parent and grandparents.

14. Individuals under the age of 18 years must have written consent for a parent or guardian to enter

15. Subdivisions or multiple land holders may have one (1) entry only per subdivision.

PUBLICITY
16. All entrants must be prepared to participate in associated publicity or marketing with Fitzpatricks Real
Estate.

18. Winners details will be published in the Daily Advertiser following the draw.

19. Fitzpatricks Real Estate holds no responsibility for any printing or typographical errors in any material
associated with the competition.

THE DRAW
20. The draw will take place at office of Fitzpatricks Real Estate, 138 Baylis Street Wagga Wagga at
12.00 noon on the 15th of December 2010.

21. Prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing, using the contact details provided on the entry
form.

22. There can only be three (3) winners in the competition, 1st 2nd and 3rd

CONDITIONS
23. Fitzpatricks Real Estate reserves the right to suspend or cancel the competition at any time.

24. Fitzpatricks Real Estate has the right to use their discretion to disqualify any person/s who they feel
has tampered with the entry process.

25. Fitzpatricks Real Estate has the right to refuse entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or late.

26. Any personal information collected from individuals entering the competition, will be kept strictly private
and confidential.

27. I agree with these conditions of entry and understand the Management of Fitzpatricks Real Estate
have the sole discretion for operating the competition and any decision made by the Management is
final and binding and can not be disputed by any contestant.
