With reference to your letter no 02 (34) RD/Ps/ANf-2014 dated 20-11-2014, the

desired information are submitted as under,
A)

Brief History of the company.

M. Saeed of Brothers chemicals of commission Agents was founded in august

2014. The company deals in the distribution of sulphuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid and.
The Hydrochloric acid are often purchased from Sitara Chemicals Industries, 32 KM
shaikhapura road faisalabad pakistan and Ittehad Chemicals industries 39 empress road
lahore pakistan.
The sulphuric acid is purchased from Akbari Chemicals industries 18 KM Multan
road Lahore pakistan . Nitric Acid is purchased from Golden Acid & Chemicals Store
Ramdas Road Peshawar.
ABOUT SULPHURIC ACID.
The Narcotics Control Division directed us to obtain NOC from the concerned
department for the distribution of Sulphuric Acid. We applied according and the

Narcotics control division issued NOC on 25th September 2014 for 300 metric ton
distribution of Sulphuric acid. The time period of the NOC was up to 31 st October and we
have distributed about 115 M.T Sulpharic Acid in the limited period after the expiry of
the NOC, we have applied for the renewal of the NOC in the concerned department
which is still awaited. Th NOC copy of sulphuric acid which issued from Norcotics
Control Division also attacached with these documents.
The customers record is attached for ready reference.

Certificate of / ISO Certificate.

It does not apply on the distributors as we purchased readymade product from the
industry. There for not avalible (N.A) .
c)

Copy of lease agreement.

Copy of lease agreement is attached as desired please.

d)

Purpose of import/distribution etc.

We are chemical Commission Agents.

e)

Copy of sales tax registration certificate.

We are not sales tax registered, however we are paying 18% sale tax and an invoice is
sent herewith for ready reference. Therefore sale tax Registration certificate is not
avalible(N.A).
f)

Membership certificate of chamber of commerce of industries.

Our NTN no is 3368320-6 and is hereby attached for reference please.

g)

Estimated demand per year.

1200 M.T (twelve hundreds metric ton sulphuric acid)

h)

Year wise import detailed for last 2 to 3 years.

We does not import any acid therefore does not applicable.

i)

Copy of stock register.
