must be sold at $6.50 per ticket. The organization will keep $3.25 for each ticket voucher sold and will pay $3.25
to the Snappers.
2) Ticket vouchers will be given to the organization on a consignment basis in blocks of one-hundred vouchers. The
organization is responsible for all vouchers taken out and may return any unsold vouchers. The Snappers are not
responsible for any lost or stolen ticket vouchers. If all unused or unpaid for vouchers are not returned by

3) The organization must provide credit card number to hold while the vouchers are on consignment.
4) Each ticket voucher is good for a general admission seat for any regular season home game of the 2014 Beloit
Snappers season. Voucher redemption is subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the individual who
purchases the voucher to redeem the voucher as soon as possible. All vouchers expire on September 8, 2015.
Ticket vouchers can be redeemed at any time after the first day individual tickets go on sale. Ticket vouchers can
be upgraded to other areas of the ballpark, excluding the all you can eat deck, for an additional fee at the box
office.
5) The fundraising organization may not sell any merchandise/goods/ticket vouchers on site
6) Concourse tables will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Dates must be mutually agreed upon by both
the Snappers and the fundraising organization.
7) Fundraising groups are to do all advertising on their own merit. The Snappers will not provide any advertising
avenue for fundraising organizations. Advertising via Snappers Facebook, Twitter, or website is not permitted.
Fundraising organizations are not permitted to solicit tickets on stadium grounds or through third party
businesses.
8) The Snappers reserve the right to void this agreement at any time with no advance notice. The Snappers also
reserve the right to refuse payment of donation (in part or in full) if the fundraising organization fails to meet
any of the above specifications. In addition, the team reserves the right to refuse payment (in part or in full) if
any of the organizations representatives neglect their duties or act in a manner deemed as unprofessional,
inappropriate, or in violation of policies set forth by team personnel.
9) The fundraising organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Beloit Snappers, its trustees, officers,
employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, action, losses, and damages including
costs and reasonable attorney fees, arising from performance under the terms of this agreement or out of any
materials, products, activities, or services performed or supplied by the fundraising organization, its employees,
or volunteers.
