Marilyn Monroe

Marilyn Monroe, born Norma Jeane Mortenson (baptized Norma Jeane Baker) (June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962), was an
American actress, singer and model. She acted in over 29 films and starred in 15 of them. She won many awards including three
golden globes. In the 1950s she was a sex symbol across the western world. She is also known for her three failed marriages to, in
order, policeman James Dougherty, baseball player Joe DiMaggio and playwright Arthur Miller
In 1999 she was ranked as the sixth greatest film star of all time by the American film institute.[1]
The final years of Monroe's life were marked by illness, personal problems, and a reputation for being unreliable and difficult to
work with. The circumstances of her death, from an overdose of barbiturates, have been the subject of conjecture. Though officially
classified as a "probable suicide," the possibility of an accidental overdose, as well as the possibility of homicide, have not been
ruled out. In 1999, Monroe was ranked as the sixth greatest female star of all time by the American Film Institute.

Elvis Presley
Elvis Aaron Presley (January 8, 1935 - August 16, 1977) was one of first and most famous American rock and roll's superstars. His
fame lasted long after his death. He was also an actor who starred in many movies.
He was so popular that some people know him as only "Elvis". He is also referred to as "The King of Rock and Roll", or just "The
king".
Another tour was scheduled to begin August 17, 1977, but at Graceland the day before, Presley was found unresponsive on the floor
of his suite by fiancée, Ginger Alden, and attempts to revive the singer failed.[184] Death was officially pronounced at 3:30 pm at the
Baptist Memorial Hospital. Author Samuel Roy has argued that Presley died "at a time when it could only help his reputation."[185]
Biographer Ernst Jorgensen has observed that when Presley died, "it was as if all perspective on his musical career was somehow
lost." Any wish to understand Elvis Presley—his genuine abilities and his real influence—"seemed almost totally obscured."[186]

Michael Jackson

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009)[1] was one of the most famous and successful musicians of all time. He
recorded the highest-selling album of all time, Thriller, in 1982. Thriller, which includes famous songs like "Beat It" and "Billie
Jean", has sold 110 million copies worldwide. Jackson wrote other well-known songs such as "Bad", "Black or White", "Heal the
World" and "Earth Song". He is known for popularizing dance moves such as the robot and the moonwalk. He had won numerous
awards and broke many records. He is often cited as the biggest star since Elvis Presley. He is sometimes referred to as the world's
greatest entertainer.[2]
Jackson's personal life was well known. He went to court in 1993 and 2003 because he was suspected for molesting children but
was found not guilty. He had plastic surgery to change his appearance. He was married to Abbi Maxwell, the daughter of Helen
Steneker, before divorcing her in 1995 and marrying nurse Debbie Rowe later on. Jackson also owned a ranch called Neverland,
which he bought in 1989 was sold in November 2008. He kept some rights to it, it is not known what property was given to him.
Jackson was proclaimed dead on 25 June, 2009 at 2:25pm at the UCLA Medical Center.[3] It is thought that he went into cardiac
arrest, which means his heart stopped.[4] At 4:36 pm local time, the Los Angeles coroner confirmed Jackson's death.[5] However, he
was unresponsive by 12:15, even though he was not proclaimed dead at the time of hospital arrival, he already passed on by 1pm.
Jackson died just two months before his 51st birthday. Rumors and news of Jackson's death broke web records causing a cyberspace
traffic jam.The circumstances of his death and the grief which was experienced around the world were compared to the death of
Elvis Presley. w[6] His death gave Google, Twitter, Facebook, and Yahoo the most page views they have ever gotten.[7][8] Jackson
arrived at the hospital not showing any signs of life.

JOHN LENNON

John Winston Ono Lennon,[1][2] MBE (9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980) was an English rock musician, singer-songwriter,
author, and peace activist who gained worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles. With Paul McCartney,
Lennon formed one of the most influential and successful songwriting partnerships of the 20th century and "wrote some of the most
popular music in rock and roll history".[3] He is ranked the second most successful songwriter in UK singles chart history after
McCartney.[4]
Lennon was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where it was stated that nobody could have lived
for more than a few minutes after sustaining such injuries. Shortly after local news stations reported Lennon's death, crowds
gathered at Roosevelt Hospital and in front of The Dakota. He was cremated on 10 December 1980, at the Ferncliff Cemetery in
Hartsdale, New York; the ashes were given to Ono, who chose not to hold a funeral for him.
John Kennedy
John Fitzgerald Kennedy (May 29, 1917 - November 22, 1963), also known as JFK, was the 35th president of the United States
of America. He held office from 1961 until he was assassinated (shot dead) in 1963.
Kennedy, a Democrat, beat his Republican party opponent Richard Nixon in the 1960 presidential election. Kennedy was the
youngest president ever elected, the only Roman Catholic President and the only president to win a Pulitzer Prize. [1] Events while he
was in charge of America include the Cuban Missile Crisis, helping the building of the Berlin Wall and the American Civil Rights
movement. Kennedy was assassinated or murdered on November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas. His killer, Lee Harvey Oswald was
arrested but was shot dead himself two days later, before there was a trial. Because of this and many other reasons there are many
conspiracy theories about Kennedy's death. Kennedy was a very popular president and still is today, ranking highly in public
surveys and opinion polls.[2]

Natalie Wood
In September and October 1981, Wood and Wagner stayed in Raleigh, North Carolina while Wood did location work for the
science-fiction film Brainstorm.[15] Wood then spent most of November in California shooting interior scenes with Christopher
Walken and other cast members on the MGM lot in Culver City.[15]
The day after Thanksgiving, Wood, Wagner and Walken went on to Catalina Island for the weekend and on the night of November
28 their yacht (Splendour) was anchored in Isthmus Cove. Also on board was the boat's skipper, Dennis Davern, who had worked
for the couple for many years. Wood apparently tried to either leave the yacht or secure a dinghy from banging against the hull
when she accidentally slipped and fell overboard. A woman on a nearby yacht said she heard calls for help at around midnight. The
cries lasted for about 15 minutes and were answered by someone else who said, "Take it easy. We'll be over to get you".[7] "It was
laid back," the witness recalled. "There was no urgency or immediacy in their shouts".[7] An investigation by Los Angeles County
coroner Thomas Noguchi resulted in an official verdict of accidental drowning. Noguchi concluded Wood had drunk "seven or
eight" glasses of wine and was intoxicated when she died. There were marks and bruises on her body which Noguchi speculated
could have been received as a result of her fall.[7] Noguchi later wrote that had Wood not been intoxicated she likely would have
realized her heavy down-filled coat and wool sweater were pulling her under water and would have removed them.[16] Noguchi also
wrote that he found Wood's fingernail scratches on the side of the rubber dinghy indicating she was trying to get in. Wood was 43 at
the time of her death and is buried in Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery.
JAMES DEAN
On September 30, 1955, Dean and his mechanic Rolf Wütherich set off from Competition Motors, where they had prepared his
Porsche 550 Spyder that morning for a sports car race at Salinas, California. Dean originally intended to trailer the Porsche to the
meeting point at Salinas, behind his new Ford Country Squire station wagon, crewed by Hickman and photographer Sanford Roth,
who was planning a photo story of Dean at the races. At the last minute, Dean drove the Spyder, having decided he needed more
time to familiarize himself with the car. At 3:30 p.m., Dean was ticketed in Mettler Station, Kern County, for driving 65 mph
(105 km/h) in a 55 mph (89 km/h) zone. The driver of the Ford was ticketed for driving 20 mph (32 km/h) over the limit, as the
speed limit for all vehicles towing a trailer was 45 mph (72 km/h). Later, having left the Ford far behind, they stopped at Blackwells
Corner in Lost Hills for fuel and met up with fellow racer Lance Reventlow.
Dean was driving west on U.S. Route 466 (later State Route 46) near Cholame, California when a black-and-white 1950 Ford
Custom Tudor coupe, driven from the opposite direction by 23-year-old Cal Poly student Donald Turnupseed, attempted to take the
fork onto State Route 41 and crossed into Dean's lane without seeing him. The two cars hit almost head on. According to a story in
the October 1, 2005 edition of the Los Angeles Times,[15] California Highway Patrol officer Ron Nelson and his partner had been
finishing a coffee break in Paso Robles when they were called to the scene of the accident, where they saw a heavily breathing Dean
being placed into an ambulance. Wütherich had been thrown from the car, but survived with a broken jaw and other injuries. Dean
was taken to Paso Robles War Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival at 5:59 p.m. His last known words,
uttered right before impact, were said to have been "That guy's gotta stop... He'll see us."[16]
