Data Handling: Students will con1nue to conduct surveys using tally

marks. They will record, analyze, and interpret data using bar graphs
and Venn diagrams in order to help them make informed choices.
Language Arts
Reading and Wri1ng: Students will read blogs and learn how to
record their thinking about the blog they are reading by leaving
meaningful comments. They will also learn how to proofread their
comments and use the structure of an online comment.
Listening /Speaking:
Students will express thoughts , ideas and and opinions and discuss
them respec1ng contribu1ons from others. They will understand
specic vocabulary to suit dierent purposes and audiences.

Students will talk about their own feelings in response to visual
messages.
