Introduction
This presentation guides a person on how to register a work
order on HP Service Manager for following
NMS User Account Creation
NMS Client Installation
Measurement (MO) Activation/Deactivation
Signal Trace Activation/Deactivation

Threshold Activation/Deactivation

Step # 01: Go to the HP Service Manager

to attach the latest version of NMS User Account Form and the
domain owners email approvals in the WO as well. Without
these attachments, the WO will not be entertained.
In case of Measurement or Signal Trace or Threshold
Activation/Deactivation creation WO, the requestor has to
attach the latest version of Measurement
Activation/Deactivation Form and the domain owners email
approvals in WO as well. Without these attachments, the WO
will not be entertained.
