aged accounts, submittals for pre qualification to contractors. Work closely with Project Managers tracking job
costs. Handled insurance certificates, bid bonds, collections, and close out contracts. Produce and complete multi
city sales tax reports with-in specified deadline. Responsible for logging and tracking pre-lien information
ensuring proper waivers were on file.
