This is officially our 86 issue

since 2011 and throughout all
these years I have ensured that
you receive it on Sunday or
Monday punctually despite when
there was a need to disseminate
something urgent we tried to
rather use social media than
sending emails to subscribers.
This issue was also supposed to
be the last issue of the year and I
would have expected it to be an
issue filled with our achievements
and good news, yet I was wrong.
For last two days I am
overwhelmed with messages of
support and condolences from
various parts of the country that I
call my second home.

Candle light vigils

across Australia
We are deeply shocked at the
news of Sydney Seige which cost
us three lives and thankfully
diverted what could be another
fierce campaign against Islam.
Thanks to all those who stood up
showing the support to Muslim
communities. #Illridewithyou is
now not just a hashtag but a
phenomenon that has spread
across the world to show
solidarity with Muslim community
and how Australians stand by
each other.
As soon as the Sydney siege was

over the next morning WA Police

ensured that the community
organisations are aware that the
Police is more vigilant and running
extra patrols around mosques and
Islamic schools. They also offered
us contact numbers in case if a
member wants to make a
complain which is highly
appreciated. Hon. Alannah Mc
Tiernan also contacted us to
assure of any support that we
may require at a difficult time.
However, what happened
yesterday in Pakistan is beyond
any understanding for a common
man and the way young kids were
butchered by the TERRORISTS
(Pls. stop referring to them as
Pakistani Talibans). Terrorists

Pakistanis in Australia Inc. is an incorporated group to support students and migrants in their settlement and to initiate projects in
Australia and Pakistan that promote mutual collaboration between two countries and promote a positive image of Pakistan and
Australia.

have neither any religion nor affiliation with any country. They are just there to tell us that evil does exist.
Since morning community members in Perth have been calling us to ask how we can support each other at this
time and grieve with each other. The Group has therefore decided to organize a candle light vigil on 19th
December at Ozone Reserve, 1 Adelaide Terrace in the City of Perth and the WA Police has been notified after
the approval from city of Perth who have been very kind to offer us the venue.
