As indicated during the hearing, jurisdictional discovery will occur in waves, with the first wave to include production of documents that were created on or before August 17, 2012. The court will enter a written order resolving defendants motion in depth at a later date. To assist the court with outlining the parameters of the first wave of jurisdictional discovery that cuts off at August 17, 2012, the parties shall file respective status reports proposing date ranges for document production in response to plaintiffs document requests, including their reasoning for such proposals, no later than Monday, June 23, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. In addition, the parties shall file a proposed protective order no later than Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Finally, the court VACATES the status conference that is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
