Cung cp cho ngi hc cc kh nng s dng kin thc ton hc v cc nguyn l
khoa hc c bn thit k, pht trin v nh gi c cc h thng thit b s dng
trong sn xut cng nghip v ch to sn phm. o to k s c kh nng thit k ch
to cc h thng thng minh cng nh cc sn phm c kh - iu khin bng cch
kt hp gia cc sensor vi c cu chp hnh v iu khin bng my tnh to ra cc
sn phm cht lng v hiu qu.
Apply knowledge of math, science, and mechatronics engineering to formulate and
solve problems. Conduct experiments, and analyze and interpret the resultant data,
design components and mechatronics systems which integrate computers, sensors, and
actuators in mechanical systems to meet desired needs, and design experiments to
evaluate system performance with respect to specifications.
Mechatronics is the study of the design of intelligent systems and products in which
mechanization and control requiring sensing, actuation are combined and controlled by
computer to achieve improved product quality and performance.

Hc sinh tt nghip THPT, trng tuyn khi A k thi tuyn sinh i hc (din c
tuyn thng hoc im trn mt mc do nh trng quy nh tng nm), t im kim
tra ting Anh u vo hoc TOEFL trn 450 (IELTS 4,5).
People who meet the following requirements can be admitted to this program:
1. Passed the high school graduation exam.
2. Passed the undergraduate entry examination in Group A with higher score than a
certain level determined by HUT each year, or received special admission to HUT
undergraduate carreer.
3. Have TOEFL score of 450 (IELTS 4.5), or passed the entry English test organized by
HUT.

and Graduation Requirements
Sinh vin c hc trong iu kin hc tp tt nht bng ting Anh, chng trnh o
to c xy dng trn c s tham kho chng trnh o to ngnh C in t ca
trng i hc California State University, Chico (CSUC), mt trong cc trng c uy
tn hng u ca Hoa K v o to k s c in t. Ging vin l nhng gio s ca
trng HBKHN v mt s trng, vin nghin cu c kinh nghim ging dy, tng
dy v hc ti cc nc ni ting Anh; mt s mn hc s do gio s ca trng i
hc CSUC trc tip ging dy.
Quy trnh o to c t chc theo hc ch tn ch. iu kin tt nghip tun theo Quy
ch o to theo hc ch tn ch ca trng i hc Bch khoa H Ni. Sinh vin phi
hon thnh tt c cc hc phn bt buc cng nh s hc phn t chn theo yu cu ca
chng trnh o to, tng lng kin thc ti thiu l 170 TC vi im trung bnh tt
nghip 5,0 theo thang im 10. Thc tp tt nghip v n tt nghip cng l nhng
hc phn bt buc, phi t im t 5,0 tr ln.
Students are educated and trained in the best pedagogic environment. The courses are
taught in English. The curriculum and syllabi were built based on the undergraduate
program in Mechatronics Engineering of the California State University Chico(CSUC),
which received accreditation from ABET. Lecturers will be selected from HUT and
some other universities and research institutes, who have distinguished teaching
experience in higher education, already taught technical subjects in English, or
graduated from countries using English as first language. Some courses will be taught
by the professors from CSUC .
The educational process is designed in accordance with the credit-based system. The
graduation conditions obey the Regulation of Credit-based Academic System of HUT.
Student have to pass all the required courses and to complete the necessary amount of
elective courses. The Total Course Requirements are 170 credits; the CPA (Cumulated

Grade-point Average) must be 5.0 (10-level system). The graduation practice and
thesis are required courses, which also required a minimum grade point of 5.0.

The 10-scale grading system, which can be converted into 4-scale system (letter or
number grade), is to be used in accordance with the Regulation of Credit-based
Academic System of HUT.

Prerequisites: Either CSCI 320 or EECE 344 (may be taken concurrently).
Study of computing architecture and how the structure of various hardware and software
modules affects the ultimate performance of the total system. Topics include qualitative and
quantitative analysis of bandwidths, response times, error detection and recovery,
interrupts, and system throughput; distributed systems and coprocessors; vector and
parallel architectures.

and software documentation standards are described. Methodologies for modeling systems
and development of presentation materials are discussed, and students are required to make
both written and oral presentations.
