Diary Dates

As we are quickly approaching the end of Term 2, teachers

are finalising Semester 1 student reports. These will be sent
home with children on Thursday 26 June. Formal parent
and teacher interviews will be held on the afternoon of
Tuesday 22 July. Please keep this date free.
There have been a few parents who have contacted the
school regarding ongoing problems with head lice. Please
ensure you check each childs hair in the family on a regular
basis and refer to the fact sheet that was sent home in the
broadcaster three weeks ago. If this has been misplaced,
please contact the school for another copy.
Thank you to all the parents who paid for their children to
attend the Musica Viva performance that is scheduled for
tomorrow. This is always a popular performance where
students are not only entertained but they have the
opportunity to be part of the show. Students who are not
attending will be supervised in a classroom undertaking a
class based musical activity.
The school OOSH is running a vacation program
throughout the upcoming holidays. Students need to be
enrolled to attend. Children will be supervised by qualified
staff and be engaged in a variety of enjoyable and social
activities in our school hall. Excursions have been planned
to the cinema and the bowling alley on Tuesdays and
Thursdays. Please contact Anne Sheridan on 9829 4600 or
speak with the staff who run the before and after school
care centre in the hall.
