VII. BIOGRAPHIES
Hongga Zhao was born in Shan Dong province in China, on
February 8, 1977. He graduated from the Shan Dong University and
get the PhD in December, 2004. He is employed in the Fu Jian
Province Power Company Limited. His interest of the research is the
power system automation.
