TELEPHONE STATUS CONFERENCE

Case comes before the Court for a telephone status conference. The parties appear by telephone
through counsel, only. The three recently named defendants (Kansas Department of Revenue,
Kansas Department of Revenue, Division of Vehicles and Kansas State Employee Health Plan)
do not appear by counsel or otherwise. The Court orders plaintiffs to serve proposed stipulations
of fact by January 9, 2015 on all defendants counsel. Defendants must serve their responses on
plaintiffs counsel by January 20, 2015. If necessary, defendants must serve any proposed
stipulations of fact by January 9, 2015, and plaintiffs must respond by January 20, 2015. The
parties are to file a joint report submitting to the Court a proposed scheduling order by January
30, 2015.
