Passionate Front-end Developer needed

What we want you to do

Youll be a critical member of Tremend engineering team, working on challenging projects from innovative
start-ups. This isnt a position where you might be restricted to one small piece of the companys technology,
but one where youll build, validate and maintain web page templates from supplied PSD or wireframe
layouts using clean, lightweight, semantic code that adheres to current Web Standards.

Who you are

You want to work on challenging projects with smart people. Youre someone who could get positions at most
software companies, but youre looking for the perfect role in a company with an open mind culture.
You also meet most (if not all) of the following requirements:
Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with an MVC framework (Symfony, Yii, Zend or other)
Familiarity with server administration
jQuery, Prototype or other frameworks
Fluency in English
Know how to smile :)

You will be exposed to...

High traffic websites with scalability and redundancy
Solutions based on Magento and Drupal
Modern JS framework like Angular, Ember, Backbone or similar
Hands-on experience using APIs caching/scaling techniques (memcached, Varnish) would be a great plus.
Code optimization, SQL queries optimization and code profiling experience.

Who you are

You want to work on challenging projects with smart people. Youre someone who could get positions at most
software companies, but youre looking for the perfect role in a company with an open mind culture. You are
a passionate developer with experience in Java fundamentals, exceptions, threads, collections and maps.
Strong knowledge of web development is necessary.
You also meet most (if not all) of the following requirements:
Java EE
HTML/CSS/JavaScript (jQuery or other JS framework)
An MVC framework
Web Services (REST, SOAP/XML)
Persistence frameworks (Hibernate, JPA, other)
SQL (Oracle or MySQL)
Ant or Maven
Fluency in English
Know how to smile :)
We appreciate:
Hands-on experience using Spring framework would be a great plus
Knowledge of Grails
Modern JS framework knowledge (Angular, Backbone.JS, Ember.JS, other)
Previous Ajax experience (DWR, JSON, ExtJS, Prototype)
