IBM have about 60 percent income is come from Global Services, basically from
outsourcing and upkeep plans. Inside Global Services, there are two reportable segments
those are Global Technology Services and Global Business Services. Global Technology
Services (GTS) gives IT base and business procedure(pro c jer) administrations(ad mi ni
station), making business esteem(as teem) for customers through remarkable(re marka
bla) innovation(in va tion). Global Business Services (GBS) has the mission to convey
business conclusions to the organization's customers have two main business zones those
are Consulting and Application Management Services.
Software
Inside software, there are two main those are middleware and operating systems software.

from the renew of license charges and also post contract support. Another one over three

license.
