Dear All,
Update of meeting with CMA (Mr. Thomas) today, they have agreed to extend the DEM expiry on top to
defaulted calculation prior to RTG EXE on CY.
Other items discussed:
1. All labels, messages, screens on ETP & SCSS will shows DEM Expiry i/o eDO Expiry.
2. CMA will add additional 24hrs prior to defaulted DEM expiry to what they found is feasible to their
customers to clear.
3. To block Container, CMA will expire the DEM date and to extend once customer made payment.
4. Provides notice with contact no to all of CMA partners and also a printed copy to be posted on
WDC counter for partners awareness.
5. WPT-IT to set DV 7 days and RE 3 days into e-Terminal Plus DEM expiry setting.
On top to that, CMA agreed to extend live date to 16 July 2012 if system require more testing & finetunings, subject to development progress.
As per meeting yesterday, we will finalize live date by Thursday noon to WPT-Marketing and CMA.

Dear All,
An update of today CMB meeting (22/06/2012) on Demurrage Expiry that was previously named as eDO
expiry on e-Terminal Plus. Glad to inform that we have approved CRF2 today
and Privasia will start on working for this CR. Tentative dates as below:

Basically, the same logic will be applied as previous eDo expiry that system will auto calculate on the
Demurrage expiry Date/Time base on container stacking on CY (RTG EXE).
The defaulted days are fix to DV 5days and RE 3days, and liner also have the flexibility to extend the
expiry date manually by using e-Terminal Plus.
At times when e/Gate Pass issued before container able to be discharge at CY, system will not stating
expiry dates due no info to base-on for calculation.
However, there will a message Container has not been discharged, please check again in eTP for
correct Demurrage Expiry prior pick-up. Its customer (FA & Haulier Co) responsible to
double check on e-TP to confirm available dates for their own planning.
We also need to discuss further on opening the Edit function to WDC supervisor but to be safe the
update can only be done once we get liner official email.

Dear Jeremy,
As discussed with CMA and confirmed with LPK, we would be starting back the eDO expiry function by
1st July 2012. CMA have come up with solutions to all the issues previously raised. However, LPK have
advised that the wording of eDO expiry must be changed to Demurrage expiry before implementing
this back. As such, appreciate to work out the changes to all applications involved including on the
GatePass printout. Thanks.
