Transitions
1. Teacher will get the students attention through a bell.
2. Follow instructions first time.
3. When gathering paper, students will pass them to a designated person in the group. Then have the
student who gathers paper collect them.
4. Quickly and quietly work on the next subject. In transitioning subjects in my classroom they will
have 2 - 3 minutes to be ready to move on. When going to specials they will have only 5 minutes to
transition into the next subject.
5. When lining up, line up in two rows; fold arms, mouth quiet, and follow in a straight line.

Consequences
1st time offense - I will make eye contact and give a warning.

the yellow. Will spend 5 min. from recess and practice how to follow
procedure.
3rd time offense - you will move your clip from the yellow behavior circle to
the red behavior circle. You will spend all of recess in class and fill out
a behavior plan and practice how to follow procedures. A copy of that
behavior plan will be sent home to be signed by parents or guardian.
4th time offense - you will move your clip from the red behavior circle to the
black behavior circle. You will spend all of recess for a week and
practice how to follow procedure. You will fill out a behavior plan,
which will go home to be signed. I will call home and explain to them
of the behavior and what's going to be happening.
