(1) The easiest way to find the right
foundation for your skin is by trying
three shades that are similar to your
skin tone together on your cheek. The
shade that blends with your skin is the
right one.

FOUNDATION
& CONCEALER
(2) For perfect results, apply your liquid
foundation with the Make-up brush. Pour a
little of your chosen foundation onto the
back of your hand. Gently dip the tip of the
brush in the foundation and start to apply in
a gentle circling movement, working from
the cheek area up to the facial contours.
(3) To help it last a little longer, finish with
Silk Touch Compact or Loose Powder. Take
up the pigments with the brush and set
your foundation, working gently from the top
down.

CONCEALING

To cover up shadows
around the eyes and
tiny lines and wrinkles,
apply a tiny amount of
Perfect Teint Concealer to the inner and
outer corners of the
eye.

LIGHTENING

Apply Perfect Teint Illuminator to the middle of

your forehead and nose,
the cheeks and the middle
of your chin, and work in
gently. Lightening the
magic triangle of your
face will leave you
looking radiant and
more awake.

Shape the areas of your
face: light tones lift specific areas, whereas
darker ones make them
less obvious. Our photo
illustrates the various
options, which you can
easily copy. To avoid
lines, blend your modeling with your foundation
and then set with fixation powder.

neutralizing skin irritations, red veins,
pigmentation, birthmarks, unwanted tattoos
and skin impurities. Camouflage is also the preferred

MIXING
COLORS
(1) As Camouflage is extremely firm in consistency, use the spatula to apply the product
to the back of your hand so it warms up and
softens. This makes it easier to apply the products and combine the shades.
(2) Apply Camouflage Cream using the
ARTDECO make-up brush or a sponge. Can
also be used locally to correct skin unevenness.

Professional tip
To neutralize redness
such as couperose or
scars, use Camouflage
no. 1. Numbers 2 and 8
are ideal for covering up
pigmentation marks and
blue-tinted areas.

FIX &
MATTIFY
(3) Fixing Powder makes Camouflage absolutely smearand waterproof. The neutral
shade adapts beautifully to
your skin tone.

POWDER FOUNDATION
Mineral foundation has taken the cosmetics market by
storm, and is now much more than just a trend.
It emphasizes your natural beauty and leaves your skin
looking radiant and fascinating. The products provide excellent coverage without looking artificial or like a mask.

Mineral foundation leaves you with a natural, perfectly

covered complexion without clogging the pores or making your foundation look like a mask. Many of our Pure

Mineral Powder Foundation
(1) Pour a little powder into the lid. Use a Kabuki brush to
take up the powder. Hold the brush vertically (with the
bristles upwards) and tap the handle of the brush against
your hand to shake off the excess so the powder is distributed well over the brush.
(2) Apply a thin layer of Mineral Powder Foundation in circular movements, working from the outside of your face towards the middle.

ROUGE
The right Rouge is an important part of any make-up. A touch of
color on the cheeks instantly makes the face look fresher and more
youthful, and optimally enhances your facial contours.

(1) Take up a little blusher with the

Blusher brush and tap against the
back of your hand to obtain the correct amount.
(2) Apply the brush to your cheekbones and blend gently in the direction
of your hair. To avoid making your face
look wider than it is, do not cross the
vertical line to the middle of your
face.
Tip: Light shades add freshness,
darker ones contour.

In order to achieve your chosen shape, use a clean

pair of tweezers to remove superfluous hairs, working in the direction of growth. The arched shape
suits every face; 2/3 of it goes upwards in a fine
arch (the highest point), and then 1/3 downwards.

PERFECT
EYEBROWS

The perfect frame for every face! Classically
beautiful, shaped eyebrows complete your
makes and emphasize your individual type.
(1) For perfect eyebrow make-up, use the Eye
Brow Color Pen or Eye Brow Designer to color
any thin eyebrow areas. Always work from bottom to top: from the beginning of the eyebrow to
the arch, and then down to the tip.
(2) Fix your eyebrow make-up with Clear Lash &
Brow Gel.
(3) If your eyebrows are light, then we suggest
you use Eyebrow powder. The best way to apply
it is with an Eyebrow template.

Eyeshadow Base to the
eyelid with your finger, and
smooth it over the lid.

light shades of brown, it is ideal for daytime use. Choose
darker colors to attract admiring glances in the evening.

(2) Follow the course of the eyelids natural crease with Magic
Eye Liner to draw a line in the
shape of a banana, and blend
with the integrated applicator.

(3) Apply a light eyeshadow

to the entire lid as a base.
The Eyeshadow applicator
creates more intensive coverage of the color pigments.

(4) Blend the line with a touch of a dark eyeshadow. Use the Eyeshadow brush to create a particularly soft transition.

(5) Enhance the eye contour along the upper

lash line with High Precision Liquid Liner.

a thick line along the upper lash
line and a thinner one along the
lower one, and join the two together. Remember: dont be
too precise!

short strokes, draw the line
along the movable lid to the
natural crease, and smudge
under the lower lashes. This
will help you to achieve an
evenly blended effect.
(4) Use a brush to apply a
light eyeshadow to the immovable eyelid the area between the natural lid crease
and the eyebrow.

(5) Choose a dark shade from

the Eye Designer Collection
and apply to the smudged lid
liner.
(6) Use a lilac eyeshadow to
create a smoky accent. Blend
with a brush.

(7) Draw a purple line across the lid with

Liquid Star Liner to add a touch of luxury.
(8) Apply Mascara Base to add volume to
the lashes, then apply a generous amount
of All in One Mascara, first to the lower
lashes and then to the top.

ARTDECOs permanent lashes create permanently longer,

thicker lashes. They can be applied individually for an understated to highly expressive look.
(1) Use tweezers to take up a cluster of lashes by the base
and remove from the packaging.
(2) Apply a little adhesive to a paper tissue and gently dip the
end of the lashes in it.
(3) Place the cluster of lashes onto your own lashes, which
you have moistened with adhesive. Work from the outside to
the inside.
(4) Use band lashes for a particularly
dramatic effect.

like scissors, and position in the middle
of the lashes close to the root. Close
gently, and hold closed for a few
moments. Open completely before
removing.
Note: Only use on lashes

If your hands are unsteady, place your little
finger against your cheekbone while you draw the
line. If you make a mistake, simply correct it
with a cotton bud dipped
in concealer or foundation.

EYELINER PERFECT CONTOURS

Eyeliner is an important make-up tool. It intensifies your
glance, and makes the eyes more expressive and attractive.
(1) Draw a dark, arched line along the upper lashes, working
from the inner corner of the eye to the outside and widening
the line towards the outer corner. This classic look suits every
woman and is easy to create.
Choose your favorites from the many ARTDECO liners to suit
your personal requirements and preferences.

If you are short-sighted, the lenses of your glasses will make your eyes look smaller than they
actually are. Light eyeshadows that darken towards the outer corner of the eye create a wideeyed look.
(1) Apply a rosy shade to the entire eyelid.
(2) Shade the area above the crease in brown.
(3) Blend thoroughly, and apply a highlighter
under the eyebrow arch and at the inner corner
of the eye.
(4) Draw a line of white Kajal liner along
the inside of the lashes to make your eyes
look bigger.
(5) Now apply mascara.
Tip: Iridescent eyeshadows are ideal,
as they make the eyes look bigger!

Women who wear glasses to correct long-sightedness will find they make their eyes look bigger. This
means that any mistakes in your eye make-up will be
easy to spot, so you need to be extra careful when
applying it.
(1) Start by applying a darker shade to the eyelid just
above the crease.
(2) Use a lighter shade to add highlights under the
eyebrow, and blend the two shades well.
(3) Apply a darker Soft Eye Liner waterproof to the
inner rim of the eye to define your eyes without making them look bigger, and use the same eye liner
along the upper lashes.
(4) Finish with mascara, but only apply to the upper
lashes.
Tip: Matt colors prevent your eyes from looking
bigger.
