CRM pertains to after sales service to end consumers. The implementation aims at aligning the existing
logistics of the company and provision of timely services to the individual and corporate consumers.
The system will also enable the company to maintain a knowledge base of its after sales services for
quality control in manufacturing and provision of future after sales service.

Order Management Suit

Oracle Order Management suite (OM) used to track and handle orders and shipment activities .OM comprises of a number of
modules of which the following modules will be used in Dawlance

Order Management : Sales Orders will be raised in this module and released for shipment transaction.
Shipping Execution : All shipping transactions, based on approved Sales Orders, will be executed in this module
Advanced Pricing : All pricing and related schemes will be handled through this module
Receivables : Customer Master Data, Invoices and Receipts will be performed in this module

CMS/PRS
CMS (Clinical Medical System) is an N-Tier web enabled application being designed for The Village of Manor Park
(http://www.vmpcares.com/). The application addresses the needs of US medical and allied industries. CMS works in
parallel with PRS (Patient Resident System) which attains medical readings of diabetic patients, and monitor them via
CMS.
The system involves hardware interfacing to recognize hardware devices like sugar meters, BP meters etc and reading
data from them for uploading to CMS. The application is being developed on ASP model and currently related only to
diabetes with provision for additional modalities like blood pressure, cancer, hyper-tension etc.

Drivewire.com is a B2C as well as B2C application. It provides an online catalog for automotive parts and
accessories. Customers can search and buy parts or accessories provided by various suppliers registered with
Drivewire. Customers can also avail other facilities such as track recent orders via UPS, return/refund/cancel
orders. Suppliers of parts and accessories can get registered with Drivewire in order to add their products to the
Drivewire catalog and expand their business. The application also consists of an Administration module used by
the Drivewire staff to keep track of their sales, manage customer support and conduct promotional campaigns and
surveys.
