IMPROVE CASA DEPOSITS IN OUR INDIAN BANK

1) CASA mainly depending upon the customers service, at counter level, If the staf
members receive customer just receive them with smile, cater the requirements
including the pass book entry with in reasonable time would attract more customers
to our Bank , Other than the Metro our branches facing connectivity problems,
Boimetric problems, leased line problems, Passbook printer problems, ATM going
out of order for many days, all lying with the branches, all the problems branch only
should contact the vendor to sort out the problems, vendor taking their own time to
attend the problems, and there is technically trained man power at branch level,
because of the reason mentioned, our customers going to other banks, according to
customers expectation we could not provide service.
2) We are instructing to the branches to avoid crowd in branches, but our bank
importance in implementing all the governments schemes like PMJDY, DPT, MCRO
INSURANCE less lucurative income other banks outsourcing and collecting money
for the same. Our Bank giving importance to all the complaints including complaints
our branch Managers demoralized and cautious and instead of look after the
business development.
3) Branch Manager are only given importance for business developments, meeting
the customers, borrowers, and other managerial job, all other works to be extracted
from ABM of the branch.
4) When our bank is leading in most of the districts, but the BDO accounts and
scheme accounts are maintaining with the private sector bank, where having only
one or two branches in the districts, LDM of Respective Zonal office to be taken up
with the District collector, the account should be only with our bank.
5) Welcome kit to be provided to all the branches with cheque book and ATM card,
Cash accepting machine, and Pass book printing machine in all the branches, for the
speedy customer service. Now the mind set changed, they wants only speedy
service, they dont want to wait for the same. If they entering the our branch with in
reasonable time should come out of the branch.
6) Marketing Manager can be appointed for every 10 branches to improve the
CASA, Laptop can be given to staf members to open SB accounts at their door step
other than BC centers.
7) Meeting to be conducted in all the schools/ colleges and Government offices to
open the salary accounts with welcome kits and cheque books and cross selling of
other products.
