PI131 Series Refined Pressure Transmitter Working Principle

The product uses pressure sensor with stainless steel diaphragm as component of measuring signal, and compensate a wide
temperature range of zero and sensitivity through the computer automatical detect and laser trimming process. Amplifier circuit is
integrated in stainless steel casing, transfers the sensor signal to standard output signal. The transmitter transfers the temperature
signal to electronic signal through temperature sensor, then the preposition amplifier amplify this electronic signals filtering, delivery
to CPU A/D converting modular and process the convert from analog quantity to digital quantity. Finally, the data processing and
display by the CPU, then PWM output. The pressure of the medium measured directly acts on ceramics diaphragm, makes the
diaphragm producing small shift which is direct proportion to mediums pressure. Under normal operation, the diaphragms maximum
shift is not longer than 0.025mm, after electronic circuit testing this shift, this shift would be converted to standard industrial
measurement signal. When pressure is over, diaphragm directly paste into the solid ceramic basal body, since the gap between
diaphragm and ceramic basal body just only 0.1mm, so when overpressure, the diaphragms maximum shift can only be 0.1mm which
gurantees the diaphragm not to be oversized deformation in structure, the sensor has good stability and high reliablity.

PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter Description

PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter uses the international advanced level of sensor, with high precision of electronic component to be
assembled by rigorous process which exploits the sensors advantages to the full, and make PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter has
excellent technical performance, such as strong ability of anti-overload and shock resistance, small temperature drift, high stability,
measuring precision etc.. The sensor used for PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter is a full-welded stainless steel part with an inner
solid pressure sensitive chip and stainless steel diaphragm. Silicon oil is filled in the stainless steel part. Measured pressure acts on the
diaphragm and transfer to the sensitive chip. The sensitive chip is connected with the amplifer circuit which is special for transmitter
through wires. It utilizes the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material to realize the transformation between pressure and
electronical signal. Because the electrical signal outputed from Wheatstone bridge output on sensitive chip has good tlinearity relation
with acting pressure, it can measure pressure accurately.

Pressure Transmitter is consisted of sensor and signal processing circuit, the Wheatstone bridge set on the pressure surface on sensor,
when increasing pressure, the resistance value of each bridge arm on Wheatstone bridge has change, then through signal processing

The static pressure of one point in liquid is direct proportion to the point's distance to the surface, that is: P=g h. And: P~ measured
point's pressure(pressure intensity), ~density of liquid, g~acceleration of gravity, h~ height of measured point to the liquid. To the
identified location and measured medium, and g are constants, so the location of measured point to the liquid is only relating to the
