Official submission to DRDU will be at the time of vessel delivery.

Mr. P Sankar will co-ordinate with all discipline to update the progress of
as-built drawings.

Engineering will start to prepare the As-built drawings to suits above

schedule.
Engineering provided the list of as-built drawings of each discipline
which are required.

Engineering

For the progress in piping as built drawings updates, Engineering needs

feedback from PF section and also to engage more man-power to
update the status.

E&I arrangement - JEA need to feedback the onsite changes to update

as built status. Engineering will inform officially to JEA Section HODs
Mr. Ang Keng Peow & Mr. Emmon Luo to provide the necessary
information.

Mr. P Sankar will check with the piping section lead to confirm the asbuilt status of piping arrangement.

Engineering

All disciplines (Mechanical, HVAC & E&I) need to concentrate more

towards the completion before vessel departs.
Also Engineering confirmed the cut-off date for completion of as-built
drawings is 25 Apr 14.
