After a narrow review and detailed analysis of the documents submitted for
participation in an open procedure for Supervision over the construction of the gas pipeline of
the Republic of Macedonia, lot 1, section: Klechovce Shtip - Negotino, found out that SGS
Bulgaria can cover the Employers requirements, as follows:

Hold the appropriate Licenses for supervision and Licenses for revision of project
documentation.
Positive financial report;
More than 35 (thirty five) employed engineers, with authorization for performing
supervision over the construction of buildings in the field of civil engineering,
geotechnics, geodesy, environment, mechanical engineering or electrotechnology.
More than 20 (twenty) employed engineers, with authorization for designing buildings
in the field of civil engineering, geotechnics, geodesy, environment, mechanical
engineering or electrotechnology

Key Expert

Responsible supervising engineer, civil engineering phase, responsible for quality of

materials (concrete, steel, other)- Civil engineer with working experience of at least 7
years in the field, with the appropriate authorisation to perform supervision in the civil
engineering field
Responsible supervising engineer, civil engineering phase, responsible for control of
works pertaining to water streams, roads and other infrastructure- Civil engineer with
working experience of at least 7 years in the field, with the appropriate authorisation to
perform supervision in the civil engineering field, specialization hydrotechnical
engineering
Responsible supervising engineer, civil engineering phase, responsible for control of
works when building accompanying facilities Civil engineer with working experience
of at least 7 years in the field, with the appropriate authorisation to perform
supervision in the civil engineering field

Support team

A responsible mechanical engineer- at least 5 (five) years of working experience with

valid license for supervision
More than 3 (three) executive officers, survey engineers. Survey engineer with
working experience of at least 5 years in the field, with appropriate authorisation to
perform supervision for the geodesy area

visual testing (VT)*;

penetrant testing (PT)*;
leak testing (LT)*;
ne-sided ultrasonic thickness measurement of metal walls (UTM)*.
