    11,2007,Idobelieve(andyoushouldknow)thatyouwerethevictimofazealousprosecutorandanaggressive
    policeofficer.Casnerwasalsoexcessivelysentencedtoover26yearswithoutthepossibilityofparolefor
    nondangerous,nonviolentburglarycharges.TheAZABCnewsinvestigatorsairedaseriesofnewsstoriesin
    20122013whichshowsmallpiecesofthistwistedcase.

    SheilaPolk,nowYavapaiCountyAttorney,hasbeenthereforeverystepofCasnersappealprocess,blockingany
    attemptatprovinghisinnocenceandmakingsurethatallhisappealsweredenied.InJune2013,Polkshowedupat
    CasnersPhaseTwoClemencyhearingandliedtotheClemencyBoardmemberstokeepthisinnocentmanlockedup,
    amanwhopriortothesebogusburglarychargeshadNOcriminalrecord,inacasewheretherewasnotonepieceof
    evidence(physicalorcircumstantial),andafterCasnerhadserved14yearsasamodelinmatewithnotroubleanda
    perfectworkrecord.Shortlyafterthishearing,Casnerreceivedaletterfromhisappealsattorney,AndersRosenquist,
    statingshe(Polk)misleadtheBoardbymakingstatementsthatwerenottrueortakenoutofcontext.WhydidPolk
    dothis?Shemustcontinuethecoverupofhermisconductandmaliciousprosecutiontoavoidincriminationand
    remaininpower.SheknowsthatwhenCasnergetsoutofprison,hewillexposehisevidenceofherunethicaland
    illegaltacticsinhiscaseandshewillbeuponcriminalcharges.

    CasnerfiledacomplaintandrequestforaninvestigationagainstSheilaPolkinJuly2014withtheFBIPhoenix
    Division,AZGovernor,andAZAttorneyGeneralforherpastandcontinuedmisconductinhiscase.Allofthese
    agenciesdismissedhiscomplaintwithoutinvestigation.InNovember2014,CasnerfiledacomplaintwiththeAZ
    StateBarAssociationagainstSheilaPolkandiswaitingfortheoutcome.SeeTimscomplaintandevidence.
    AbuseofPowerandCorruptionbyourelectedofficialsshouldneverbetoleratedorallowed.Thisisnottheonlycase
    wherePolksethicshavecomeintoquestion.ClickheretoseeSheilaPolksunethicalbehaviorinothercases.

    CasnerisstillfightingforJusticeandhisFreedom.YoucanhelphimandtheIntegrityofourJusticeSystemby
