(including dust / waste transport air of 15,000 cmh from Blowing and of
21,600 cmh from carding), re-circulation, by pass arrangement, rotary
drum filter, complete with continuous type linear diffusers in GI
construction for Blow room & Preparatory department .

equipments of 1,60,000 CMH supply capacity with 1,52,000 CMH
Exhaust, re-circulation, by pass arrangement, rotary drum filter, complete
with continuous type linear diffusers in GI construction for Open end
Spinning department.
AUTOMATIC CONTROLS

SAUTER make electronic type automatic control equipments
consisting of Novaflex controllers, sensors, damper actuators, differential
pressure switches and indigenous accessories such as control console,
24V power supply unit & fittings for Two nos. Central air washer plants
for Blow room & Prepartory and Open End Spinning department.
OTHER CONDITIONS: 1. ALL BANK CHARGES INCLUDING REIMBURSEMENT TO BE BORNE BY
THE PARTY

3.INSURANCE WILL BE COVERED BY THE BUYER
4.CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ISSUED BY CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE.
5.MINOR SPELLING MISTAKES IN DOCUMENTS EXCEPT IN
QUANTITY AND AMOUNT SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE

7. ERECTION TO BE DONE BY SELLER BUT BUYER WILL BEAR

ALL COST AS PER FOLLOWING:Seller will depute one/two service engineer to supervise the
installation and commissioning of above plants on the following
terms and conditions.
a) For deputation of service engineer(s) for installation and
commissioning of above plants, Seller will charge US $ 90
per day per engineer.
b) To and fro economy class air fare, Visa charges, insurance
for our service engineer from Coimbatore (India) to site in
Bangladesh will be borne by Buyer.
c)

Buyer will provide service engineers lodging and boarding

facilities for his stay in buyers country.

d) Buyer will have to pay service engineer an out of pocket

expenses US $ 20 per day per engineer from the date of his
arrival
for
your
job
till
completion
of
installation/commissioning of the system.
e) Local transport/ conveyance will be provided by buyer.
f)

All medical attendance, if any, including hospitalisation at

your cost will be given to service engineer during his stay in
buyers country.

g) In the event of death of service engineer, buyer will bear all

costs and expenses of transport of the corpse to India, if
requested. This also applies where our service engineer is
required to be sent back to India in case of him falling
seriously ill, or due to accident whereby he is unable to
discharge his duties.
h) Buyer will provide us free services of atleast one or two
skilled fitter, welder and necessary semi-skilled workers to
work under the guidance of service engineer.
i)

All workshop facilities, scaffolding will be provided by buyer

free of cost.

j)

Overtime and work on holidays are expressly forbidden. In

case of an absolute necessity, prior permission must be
obtained in writing from us, which will be chargeable.

k)

Our service engineer will impart training to your staff to

carry out future maintenance of the plant, etc., while
carrying out installation work, if you so desire.
