Education:
2001-2005 the Faculty of Economics Studies and Business Administration in Craiova,
Management and Business Administration, Graduate project sustained on Humane Resources.
1997-2001 Henri Coanda High School, Foreign Languages.
Experience:
December 2005- February 2007 Humane Resources Coordinator, Romconsult International; Company
activity field: Romconsult International is acting in the HR field since 2000. It is the regional leader for the
Southern part of Romania. The company services were mainly focused on recruitment-selection-placement
of specialized personnel and on consultancy throughout the value chain.
Responsibilities:
Prepare marketing strategies and conduct marketing campaigns for recruiting appropriate
candidates, in compliance with the client requests;
Presentation materials for each job-offer and present it to the appropriate candidate target;
Utilize proactive and creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants to fill
positions for our clients;
Coaching, measurement, tracking and evaluation of goals achievement within the team.
