This competition is open to UK residents aged 7 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with the promotion. Entries from those age 13 or under must be accompanied by written permission from a parent/guardian or with their written consent. Entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 1st May 2015 (Closing Date). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. To enter, you must send an email to Puffin@uk.penguingroup.com with the subject line Mabel Jones, giving a coordinate from the pirate map on www.mabeljonesbooks.co.uk indicating where you believe the treasure is hidden, with the subject line Mabel Jones, and making sure you also tell us your name. All valid, correct and completed entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 4 th May 2015. The first five entries drawn at random will be the winners. The Prize for each winner shall be a printed illustration from The Unlikely Adventures of Mabel Jones signed by illustrator Ross Collins. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days after the Closing Date. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. To obtain details of the winners, please email puffin@penguin.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date of the relevant promotion. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running this competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of that competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
